Our mission is to guide individuals, regardless of their background or fitness level, toward achieving their highest potential through mindful movement and sustainable practices.
Meet Morten Vinther
I'm Morten Vinther, founder of APEX MVMNT. Since the early 2000s, I've been dedicated to exploring and teaching human movement, optimization, rehabilitation, and longevity. My journey began with gymnastics and martial arts and later involvement with CrossFit and functional training in Denmark around 2009. Over time, my curiosity led me to delve deeper into a broader, more philosophical approach to movement—one that emphasizes not just physical prowess but also a happier, healthier, and a more meaningful life.
The Birth of APEX MVMNT
In 2020, I established APEX MVMNT with a vision: to create a platform that educates and offers movement experiences tailored to individual goals. Our aim is to enrich lives by encouraging movement—whether solo, with others, or in harmony with our surroundings. Since our inception, we've had the privilege of working with students from Denmark, Sweden, the Faroe Islands, Norway, Belgium, England, and the USA.

1. Premium Online Coaching (Flagship Program)
Our primary focus is our structured, 3-month online coaching program, specifically designed to help you move better, develop sustainable habits, lose fat, and build functional strength—no matter your starting point. This personalized online program includes clear step-by-step guidance, weekly check-ins, and dedicated support.
2. Guided Online Programs
Structured online training plans designed for specific goals, such as mastering foundational movements, improving mobility, or achieving your first pull-up, handstand, or other movement milestones. These programs provide clear guidance and support, allowing you to train effectively on your own schedule.
3. Specialized Workshops
Periodically, we offer carefully selected in-person workshops focused on key areas such as mobility, breathwork, and practical functional fitness techniques. These workshops complement our online coaching, providing deeper hands-on experiences and insights.
