Instructor: Morten Vinther
Morten Vinther has been teaching CrossFit, functional training, and movement optimization since 2009. He is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, a professional ski instructor, a personal trainer, and a functional fitness educator. As a Movement Coach with a special interest in Natural Movement and parkour, Morten brings extensive knowledge and experience to the camp. He will guide you through intensive workouts and enlightening theoretical sessions, helping you optimize your training, prevent injuries, and achieve long-term fitness goals.
